Troy is the Founder and Managing Principal of BroadStreet Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate company. With extensive experience in all phases of real estate, Troy’s primary focus is on user and owner representation, investment sales, market analysis, site selection studies, facilities counseling, and sales and leasing. A thorough analysis and intuitive understanding of client needs and desires combined with knowledge of market conditions enables Troy to create successful results for his clients. Troy assists his clients in understanding and taking advantage of market fluctuations and trends.

Troy and his team specialize in Orange County commercial properties including industrial, flex and office properties ranging from multi-tenant and commercial condominiums to big-box warehouse space. During the recent downturn, Troy and his team consulted to numerous banks and court-appointed receivers as asset managers to identify and preserve asset value while maximizing recovery opportunities through effective disposition strategies.

Prior to forming BroadStreet, Troy was a Partner at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services based in Newport Beach, CA, where he left as a “Top 4” Broker. He holds a degree in International Business and Finance from Pepperdine University. Troy is an avid outdoorsman and action (or mountain) sports enthusiast and spends his weekends with his wife (Shannon) and three kids (Hudson, Finley and Ford).  Additionally, Troy serves others through his involvement in a number of charities, regularly serving at a soup-kitchen, volunteering with his local church and as a Search and Rescue reservist for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
