Plaza Bible Church was looking to relocate and expand their property from their original property of 60 years. BroadStreet secured an off-market sale of this Old Town location as well as a 9,600 square foot building at 240 W. Chapman. This enabled Plaza Bible Church to move to a larger more suitable location (671 N. Poplar), plus have enough capital to customize the new property to accommodate their plans for growth.
BroadStreet represented both parties in the sale and purchase of these buildings. Additionally, our team was able to secure supplemental parking needed to satisfy the City of Orange by negotiating reciprocal parking agreements with some of the neighbors.
