We are seeking a Junior Associate/Commercial Real Estate Agent who will be responsible for a wide range of real estate related sales functions and marketing support to the hiring broker. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with little or no supervision. Some Real Estate or sales experience is preferred. This person must be exceedingly well organized, hardworking, flexible and enjoys the challenges of a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is hungry for experience in the Orange County commercial real estate market and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done with utmost integrity and dedication. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Sales calls – phone and in-person new business prospecting, updating client databases and market information, networking meetings, lunches, distributing marketing materials, and calling on potential clients. Opportunities will consist of: Rapid Advancement Training and professional mentorship, creating your own book of business, higher commission splits and bonus structure, marketing and administrative support, and sales team collaboration.
